I was born in a barn and raised by wolves before setting out for the wild world of Catholic school, where I learned to use a fork properly and be pretty neutral about Jesus. It was probably the best anyone could hope for.
I’m now a newspaper and book editor in Manhattan, where people pay me money to read stuff. Not a lot of money, of course, which is why I sell my sperm for cash.
